Thank you for choosing Hana Gel NZ! We’re committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. Please read the following information regarding our shipping process.
Processing Time
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 24 hours.
- Delays: Processing time may be slightly extended during high-demand periods or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: NZD $9 flat rate, estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.
- Rural Shipping: NZD $15 flat rate, estimated delivery within 2-5 business days.
- Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and postal carrier.
- Free Shipping: Orders over NZD190 qualify for free standard shipping within New Zealand.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside of New Zealand. Please stay tuned for future updates on our international shipping capabilities.
Shipping Issues
- Delayed or Lost Shipments: If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, please contact us at info@hanagel.co.nz.
- Incorrect Address: Ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Hana Gel NZ is not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
- Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the damaged item.
